This year, I am very fortunate to have time to attend the CJ Night gathering organized by Danny Choo and his friends in Singapore. From the Facebook update by Danny, the signup count is 292 at the end of AFA day 3. On thing immediately pops up in my mind is, the Akb48 cafe is not really that big. Will 292 people fit in?
It turns out to be, just barely. With the “Daughters” at the center stage, and card battlers at the enter of the room, most ofthe other people, including myself, had to stand most of the time. Then again, the purpose of this gathering is to gather liked minded people and mix around, and so, having too many chairs will just dampen te effort.
And so, here is Danny in the middle, wearing a white mirai shirt, talking to my friend, Nicholas…
I arrived 20 minutes late for the event itself, and was surprised with the number of people who turned up at 3 o’clock to attend the gathering. The number of people wasn’t that many, but boy, every single chair at the venue was filled up.
After Danny finished his introduction (one which I missed most part of it), everyone started to mingle around. While Comrades started to gather around Danny, due to the fact that I was standing right behind Danny, he passed me a WS Mirai PR card, while he was talking to my friend, Nicholas.
And Singapore’s Mirai decides to show up…

While trying to figure out how to keep Mirai safely, something else immediately caught my eyes. Dolfies. Luckily, my friend, Nicholas, volunteered to safe keep my Mirai PR until I bring my card album, allowing myself to have less worries while I unleash the shutterbug in me.

Soon, it gets very crowded…
And I never got the chance to get the name of the comrade who posed that victory sigh. Do you know him?

Of course. Apart from ogling at Dollfies and PVCs, I do met a few friends around, and some of them whom I met during thr AFA concerts.
